Operating in historic Pioneer Park for over 40 years, the Alaska Salmon Bake offers an authentic Alaskan dining experience in a truly unique environment. Our expansive park-like grounds are lined with original gold mining equipment and offer you a choice of settling in to one of our heated indoor seating areas lined with handmade quilts and Fairbanks memorabilia, or taking a seat outside and soaking up the midnight sun as you enjoy your dinner and a pint of locally crafted beer or a glass of wine from our extensive wine list.

After dinner be sure to take in the “Golden Heart Revue” at the Palace Theater, just a short walk from the Alaska Salmon Bake. This lighthearted musical comedy has been named the “Number One Show throughout Alaska & Canada” by the Alaska Visitor’s Association year after year and promises a rollicking good time for your entire party.

The Alaska Salmon Bake is located inside Pioneer Park – Alaska’s only Historic Theme Park. Home to seven different museums, shops and lots of Fairbanks lore, Pioneer Park is a great place to go for a stroll between Dinner and the Show.
